I love Halloween!! Every year I try to add more ideas to my spooky decor. This is a witch I made last year. She is made from an inflatable mannequin I got on ebay, a witch mask that I taped ping pong ball size eyeballs in from Walmart, an old witch costume, hat, vinyl cape, black wig, and skull necklace from the dollar store. I put a fog machine with timer in the cauldron. On the fence I made a large spiderweb from wide crochet thread. I put strobe lights in the yard and a color changing light in the cauldron for the fog. Under the witch's table I put a stereo with spooky music and thunder on repeat. It looked great at night and was a big hit! Parents were taking their kids pictures in front of my "graveyard". I'm glad I roped it off with caution tape to keep people from walking in it. Can't wait until next year, I've got lots more things to try!
